About Leon Scheicher

Leon Scheicher is an attorney-at-law at Schoenherr Vienna. Leon’s main areas of practice are cross-border and domestic corporate reorganisations, corporate law, the law of private foundations and M&A. Leon holds a law degree from the University of Graz (Magister iuris), the London School of Economics and Political Science (Master of Laws, LLM) and the University of Vienna (Doctor iuris). He is the author of several publications in his area of expertise, most recently a book on the doctrine of corporate opportunities in Austria (Verbot der Ausnützung von Geschäftschancen der Gesellschaft), based on his PhD thesis.
