About Johannes Stalzer

Johannes Stalzer has been a counsel with Schoenherr since 2013 and is an expert in public procurement law, having been active for more than 15 years in Austria and the CEE. He has extensive expertise in advising both governmental bodies and private sector clients on all potential issues related to complex and cross-border procurement procedures. Johannes has long-standing experience in all procurement-related aspects, particularly in structuring complex infrastructure proceedings, and he provides a wide range of services to domestic and international clients across various industries. He has recently specialised in structuring and advising on complex procurement procedures in the field of renewable energy (eg, photovoltaic power plants), complex IT and marketing projects (such as platform solutions and open source procurement projects) and labour leasing. Johannes frequently publishes articles, is a lecturer on public procurement and speaks at various international public procurement conferences.
