About Benjamin Schlatter

Benjamin Schlatter is an attorney at law (counsel) at Schoenherr Rechtsanwälte in Vienna. His expertise lies in the regulatory aspects of environment, energy and technology. His work ranges from advising on specialised regulatory matters, projects and and approval proceedings to advising on various proceedings before the administrative courts, the High Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court. He specialises in administrative law (particularly environmental law), as well as constitutional and EU law. In his work, Benjamin supports clients' projects from the idea stage, through the planning and approval process, to the successful implementation and acceptance by the responsible authorities. In addition, he regularly publishes on environmental and constitutional law issues.
