About Christoph Cudlik

Christoph Cudlik is an attorney at law (counsel) and has been with Schoenherr Rechtsanwälte since 2014. His expertise covers all areas of public law, with a special focus on environmental and energy law. He regularly advocates for clients ahead of, during and after all kinds of permitting and planning procedures before Austrian and European authorities and courts, as well as on regulatory matters and related negotiations with stakeholders. Christoph has also gained experience in international law firms, the Austrian Ministry for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, and the EC. He is the author of several publications and regularly lectures on general administrative, constitutional and environmental law.
