About Harald Stingl

Harald Stingl is a partner in the corporate transactions department at CERHA HEMPEL. He has 23 years of professional experience and specialises in M&A, corporate restructurings and finance, joint ventures, private equity/venture capital structures and public takeovers. His experience includes numerous complex M&A transactions involving structuring, due diligence and negotiation, advising private equity clients/investors and frequently co-ordinating multi-jurisdiction projects with CERHA HEMPEL's CEE offices. He is a member of the Austrian Bar Association, has written numerous publications (eg, on due diligence, cross-border mergers, takeovers and alternative investment funds) and has lectured on partnership, corporate law and M&A at the University of Vienna.
