About Raquel Freitas

Raquel Freitas is a managing associate in PLMJ's public law practice and has more than 25 years’ experience as a lawyer. She focuses on administrative law, especially environmental law, public contracts, concessions and public works contracts. Raquel advises Portuguese and international clients from various industries and sectors, such as paper pulp, packaging production, healthcare, the chemical industry and mass catering. She has also been very active in the analysis of environmental issues in the energy sector. Raquel lectures a seminar entitled "Introduction to Environmental Law" at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Porto).
