About Diogo Duarte Campos

Diogo Duarte Campos is a partner and heads PLMJ's public law practice. He has over 20 years’ experience, particularly in the areas of administrative law, public contracts, public procurement and construction. His experience also includes litigation in the state courts and arbitration, both as a lawyer and as an arbitrator. Diogo also has experience in regulatory issues in multiple sectors, having worked on some of the largest construction projects, concessions, privatisations and public-private partnerships in Portugal. He has also worked with clients in other countries, particularly Angola and Mozambique, where he has advised on diverse matters in the infrastructure, real estate and energy sectors.
