About Andreia Candeias Mousinho

Andreia Candeias Mousinho is a partner in PLMJ's public law practice. She specialises in urban and rural planning, and has extensive experience in public and administrative law, urban development, environmental law, tourism, real estate and construction. Andreia works closely with the real estate and construction, international projects, corporate/M&A, private equity and privatisations teams to provide legal support in complex transactions in Portugal involving planning and licensing issues. She has completed several postgraduate courses, including in administrative and tax justice, spatial planning and environmental law, and administrative procedure.
