About Elisabeth Adam

Elisabeth Adam is a partner at Elvinger Hoss Prussen and focuses on Luxembourg and international tax law, including transactional and investment-related tax matters and tax planning for industrial groups and private equity houses, structured finance transactions, distressed debt acquisition and estate planning, as well as related transactional corporate and financing matters. She also provides assistance in the context of tax litigation procedures. Elisabeth is a member of the LPEA (Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association), the IBA and the IFA; she publishes regularly on various tax matters.
