About Alessandro Varrenti

Alessandro Varrenti joined the firm in 2017 as a partner and head of the firm’s international operations. He is a former Professor of Tax Law and Corporate Finance Transactions at the University of Pescara, UNICH, G. D’Annunzio. Alessandro is currently Professor of Corporate Governance at LUM University (Bari). He is a member of the International Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and is widely published in various areas of law.
