About Barbara Levy

Barbara Levy is a partner at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and is active in the fields of international litigation, contract and distribution law, industrial litigation, intellectual property law, defamation, arbitration and enforcement proceedings. She represents French and foreign companies in various sectors, including telecommunications, internet, luxury goods and retail, and automotive. Barbara has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1990, and holds an advanced degree in international private law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, with a specialisation in international commercial arbitration. She is a member of the IBA, the INTA and the Women’s Forum.
