About Boris Räber

Boris Räber is a managing associate in Walder Wyss’s corporate/M&A Team. Boris is a specialist in cross-border and domestic M&A as well as venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate and commercial transactions. He guides clients looking to expand to Switzerland and often acts as an outsourced GC to clients as they grow and expand. Boris chairs several boards of directors, with a special focus on the insurance and technology sectors. He is fluent in German and English and also speaks Italian and French.
