About Franz Schubiger

Franz Schubiger co-heads Pestalozzi's life sciences group. His practice focuses on corporate law, M&A, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital, and complex restructurings as well as general contract and commercial law. He regularly advises in the fields of life sciences, including pharma, consumer healthcare, food/nutrition and medtech, for example, with respect to investment/financing matters relating to life sciences (both privately held and public companies), mergers and acquisitions (including cross-border asset deals/divestitures and product portfolio transfers), joint ventures and collaborations, complex corporate restructurings, as well as supply chain and contract law matters.
