About Thomas Sprecher

Thomas Sprecher is a partner in the dispute resolution team at Niederer Kraft Frey. Besides his extensive experience in litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring law, he also advises on commercial issues. He has been a member of several creditors' committees, including ISMM, ISL Worldwide, Flightlease and Zeromax. He is a member of the Swiss Bankruptcy Association and chairs the authoritative annual seminars on corporate insolvency and restructuring at the Europa Institute of the University of Zurich.
