About Roman Sturzenegger

Roman Sturzenegger is a partner at Niederer Kraft Frey. He advises domestic and international clients on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, corporate law, distressed mergers and acquisitions transactions, and other related matters. Recently, he was a member of the NKF team that advised gategroup on its financial restructuring, resulting in a landmark case. A member of INSOL Europe and the Swiss Bankruptcy Association, he regularly publishes and delivers public speeches.
