About Marco Häusermann

Marco Häusermann is a partner at Niederer Kraft Frey specialising in banking, finance and debt capital market transactions, as well as restructuring and insolvency matters. In addition to being co-author of the Swiss ICMA/ISLA industry netting opinion for GMRAs and GMSLAs, he frequently advises repo and securities lending market participants on cross-border insolvency and netting issues. His recent advice on gategroup's comprehensive financial restructuring resulted in a landmark case. His expertise is widely recognised. He has recently been appointed as an officer of the International Bar Association's Banking Law Committee.
