About Frédéric Bétrisey

Frédéric Bétrisey has a long-standing practice in banking and finance. He advises banks and borrowers on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including trade and commodity finance, acquisition finance, equipment financing, financial leasing and syndicated lending. Furthermore, he provides regulatory advice to financial institutions as well as assistance to financial intermediaries in connection with their securities lending and derivative transactions. Recent years have seen him assist originators, arrangers and trustees in the process of securitising Swiss law receivables. He teaches courses on acquisition financing at the Universities of Fribourg and Geneva, as well as market abuse regulations at the Swiss Training Centre for Investment Professionals.
