His clients include entities in banking and insurance, asset management, e-money and payment institutions, and various operators in the fintech sector. Niclas has a particularly strong practice in fintech, the payments sector and digital assets, while also advising more broadly on matters relating to rapidly evolving rules and regulations, including the frameworks established under PSD, GDPR, AIFMD, MiFID, DAC and CRD.
