About Fredrik Lindblom

Fredrik Lindblom is head of Cederquist’s EU, competition and public procurement practice group. He has substantial experience of international and national competition proceedings, including merger control work, cartel investigations and abuse of dominance, with a particular interest in vertical restraints issues. Fredrik started out in Brussels; after a session at the European Commission's Directorate General for Competition he worked for two international law firms before moving back to Stockholm, where he has worked exclusively within competition and EU law for the past 20 years. The bulk of his experience involves providing M&A-related advice, both to industrial and private equity clients, but he also has a specific focus on vertical restraints.
