About Fredrik Lindblom

Fredrik Lindblom is a partner and head of Cederquist’s EU, Competition and Public Procurement group. He has substantial experience of international and national competition proceedings, including merger control, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance and vertical restraints issues. Fredrik began his career in Brussels; following his experience at the European Commission's DG COMP, he worked at two international law firms before returning to Stockholm, where he has practised exclusively in competition and EU law for the past 22 years. The majority of his experience is related to M&A advice, both for industrial and PE clients, but also with a specific focus on vertical restraints.
