About Elsa Arbrandt

Elsa Arbrandt is a partner who splits her time between Cederquist’s dispute resolution practice group (where she is responsible for large commercial disputes, arbitration, litigation and competition disputes) and the EU, competition and public procurement practice group. Elsa also heads Cederquist’s corporate sustainability, risk management and compliance practice area and has deep experience of investigations of suspected irregularities and dealing with regulatory issues. Prior to joining Cederquist, Elsa worked with mostly contentious competition law issues at a global law firm, which she joined from the Swedish Competition Authority, where she was a litigator. Elsa also holds a postgraduate diploma in competition law economics from King’s College London.
