About Rui Ribeiro Lima

Rui Ribeiro Lima joined Morais Leitão in 2007 and is a member of the administrative and public law and urban planning and environment teams. Rui practises in several areas of administrative law, mainly in the areas of urban planning, environment, expropriations and public procurement, in procedural matters as well as in administrative litigation. Rui provides legal advice regarding the licensing of activities, as well as urban planning and zoning. He has also been involved in assisting clients in environmental impact assessment procedures and in environmental offences. In 2004 he was legal adviser to the Minister for Public Works, Transportation and Housing of the XV Portuguese Government.
