About Ricardo Andrade Amaro

Ricardo Andrade Amaro has extensive experience in private equity matters and co-heads Morais Leitão's private equity team. As legal counsel, he assisted in the establishment of the first private equity fund in Portugal exclusively dedicated to the recovery of businesses (turnaround fund), which is at present the largest Portuguese private equity fund. He regularly provides advice and assistance in the establishment of private equity funds as well as day-to-day regulatory advice.
