About Andreia Bento Simões

Andreia Bento Simões joined Morais Leitão in 2016 and is a member of the corporate real estate and tourism department. Andreia provides legal assistance to both national and foreign investors on corporate real estate transactions, including the development, restructuring and sale and purchase of shopping centres, retail parks, offices, logistics, residential and tourism projects. She also has experience in the negotiation of real estate contracts, including sale and purchase, sale and leaseback, exchange and surface rights. Andreia is a lecturer on the postgraduate courses at the Law School of the Catholic University of Lisbon and Oporto, where she lectures on real estate and tourism joint ventures.
