About Catarina Levy Osório

Catarina Levy Osório is a member of the Angolan and Portuguese Bar Associations, a founding partner at ALC Advogados in Angola and also a partner at Morais Leitão. She has relevant experience in Angolan law, advising clients on corporate, private investment, tax and labour law in that jurisdiction. She also participates in M&A projects. Catarina previously worked as a tax consultant in another law firm and in a major international consulting firm, providing assistance to clients from different sectors on VAT and other indirect tax matters, and acquiring relevant experience on the development of tax diagnostics and on the implementation of corporate structures following their tax impact. Catarina is ranked in international legal directories for her expertise on corporate and M&A matters.
