About Sheena Doggett

Sheena Doggett is a partner in the firm’s corporate department and a member of the mergers and acquisitions team. Sheena has worked with A&L Goodbody for more than 25 years. Her key areas of expertise include private equity M&A and management investments, on both the sell and buy side, for a variety of private equity funds. Sheena also has extensive knowledge in joint ventures, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and general commercial matters. Her practice involves working on behalf of a wide range of private equity funds, domestic and international corporations, and financial institutions with significant operations in Ireland.
