About Shane Hogan

Shane Hogan is a partner in Matheson’s tax department and a member of the international and US business groups. He advises international corporations doing business in and from Ireland on all aspects of corporate tax, and he focuses on inward investment projects, cross-border tax planning and corporate restructurings. Shane frequently publishes articles in leading tax journals. He is both a qualified solicitor and chartered accountant and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the International Bar Association, the Irish Tax Institute and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
