About James O’Doherty

James O’Doherty is a senior associate in the financial institutions group at Matheson, and focuses on providing regulatory advice to financial institutions. He has advised major financial institutions on matters including authorisations/establishment applications; the development of structural solutions; mediation and distribution channels; winding up; prudential and conduct of business requirements; corporate and product governance; fitness and probity/minimum competency requirement; and compliance with the consumer protection code and anti-money laundering and counter terrorism legislation.
