About Shona Hughes

Shona Hughes joined Dillon Eustace in 2016 and is a member of the Banking and Capital Markets team. She acts on a wide range of banking transactions for both financial institutions and corporates, both domestic and foreign, in an extensive range of banking law matters. Shona advises on various national and multi-jurisdictional transactions, including construction and development finance, property finance and acquisition and leveraged finance.
