About Tomasz Konopka

Tomasz Konopka is a partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak where he oversees the white-collar crime and investigations team since 2013. As well as providing advice to clients who are victims of abuses such as fraud, theft, actions against the company’s interests, forgery, money laundering, and cybercrime, he provides assistance to clients who are at risk of criminal liability, eg, as a result of corruption. Aside from providing advice on planning and implementing compliance procedures, he also offers solutions designed to improve the security of businesses. In addition to nearly 20 years of experience, he has extensive experience representing clients before law enforcement authorities and courts, both in Poland and throughout the European Union.
