About Szymon Gogulski

Szymon Gogulski is a senior partner and co-head of SK&S’ IP practice, who specialises in protecting IP rights and unfair competition. He represents clients in numerous disputes regarding IP rights, including trade marks and design rights. His practice also focuses on civil law issues of IP commercial transactions, with an emphasis on technology transfer contracts. A member of INTA, AIPPI and ECTA, Szymon is admitted as a guiding expert to the Chinese National Overseas IP Dispute Response & Guidance Center established under the guidance of the Intellectual Property Protection Department of CNIPA. He is a co-author of several publications on the protection of IP law and trade secrets.
