About Szymon Gogulski

Szymon Gogulski is a senior partner and co-head of SK&S’ IP practice. He specialises in protecting intellectual property rights and unfair competition, and represents clients in numerous disputes regarding intellectual property rights, including trade secrets. His practice also focuses on civil law issues of IP commercial transactions, particularly technology transfer contracts. He is a member of INTA, AIPPI, and ECTA, and was admitted as a Guiding Expert to the Chinese National Overseas IP Dispute Response & Guidance Center. He is also a co-author of a leading Polish commentary on unfair competition with chapters regarding trade secrets and slavish imitation.
