About Mikołaj Stępkowski

Mikołaj Stępkowski is a senior associate and attorney-at-law who specialises in IP law, particularly in industrial property law, including trade marks and industrial designs, and in the prevention of unfair competition and patent law. He is responsible for the management of IP right portfolios for Polish and foreign clients and represents them in patent application procedures and disputes before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and EUIPO, and higher European instances. He has expertise in proceedings related to internet domains before the Arbitration and Mediation Center at WIPO and the Arbitration Court for Internet Domains at the Polish Chamber of IT and Telecommunications. Mikołaj is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property.
