About Michał Zieliński

Michał Zieliński joined the SK&S team in 2019. He specialises in criminal business law. He has extensive criminal law experience, both as an attorney for injured persons and as a defence attorney for the accused. Aside from whistle-blowing and compliance matters, he has also drafted procedures for ensuring compliance and protecting whistle-blowers, as well as participated in their implementation. Additionally, he has gained valuable experience representing clients in Supreme Court proceedings as well as and pardon proceedings.
