About Marek Oleksyn

Marek Oleksyn is a senior counsel and attorney-at-law with over 18 years of experience in a broad range of intellectual property matters, including know-how, patents, trade marks and designs. Marek represents clients in court litigation (including cross-border IP infringement proceedings) and arbitration, and prepares and negotiates agreements on IP assignment and licensing as well as opinions on IP-related matters. He also assists clients in R&D projects, and provides support to technology transfer projects and employee creativity-related issues. He is the author of numerous publications on the aforementioned subjects, and lectures at Łazarski University.
