About Katarzyna Stradomska-Balcerzyk

Katarzyna Stradomska-Balcerzyk is an associate in the white-collar team at SK&S. An advocate and doctoral student at the Department of Civil Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw, she specialises in criminal business law and civil law. Her responsibilities include participating in internal investigation proceedings. Moreover, she has experience handling cases related to the seizure of counterfeit goods by customs and the representation of clients before law enforcement authorities and common courts.
