About Dr Ewa Skrzydło-Tefelska

Dr Ewa Skrzydło-Tefelska is a senior partner and co-head of SK&S’ IP practice, and advises clients on various matters related to protecting IP rights, including patents and unfair competition disputes. He represents clients in related litigations before the Polish common and administrative courts, including the Supreme Court and the CJEU. Ewa is the chair on Intellectual Property Law at the Koźmiński University in Warsaw and is a frequent speaker at international conferences, as well as being the author and a co-author of publications on IP law and EU law.
