About Arkadiusz Wójtowicz

Arkadiusz Wójtowicz is a senior counsel and attorney-at-law who specialises in issues related to the protection of trade marks. He was an expert in the Trademark Department of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, and obtained professional experience at a renowned patent law firm. He works with Polish and foreign clients, being responsible for developing a protection strategy and the management of international trade mark and industrial design portfolios. He provides advice in arbitration proceedings in cases concerned with internet domain names, as well as competition and consumer protection. He is a member of the Brand Restrictions Committee of INTA and provides training on IP and trade mark protection strategies.
