About Ole Henrik Wille

Ole Henrik Wille is a partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is head of the firm's corporate, finance and tax department. He works primarily with private and public M&A and private equity transactions. Mr Wille has headed a number of major M&A and private equity transactions in recent years, both in Norway and abroad, advising major Nordic and international private equity clients, amongst others. He also has extensive experience and expertise within company law.
