Ingrid Cathrine Nielsen is a managing associate of Thommessen. Ingrid advises both Norwegian and international clients with all employment-related matters, such as employment contracts for senior personnel, terminations and redundancy processes, and bonus and pension schemes. Ingrid has a particular focus on employment-related issues in connection with M&A and international processes, and she has broad experience with transfer of undertakings.
