About Henrik Møinichen

Henrik Møinichen is a managing associate at Thommessen. He has gained significant experience with both contentious and non-contentious matters within shipping, construction, insurance, oil service and renewable energy. The last years, Henrik's main focus has been on dispute resolution, both ordinary court and arbitral proceedings, related to maritime matters, including shipping pools, cargo damage and marine casualties, offshore and onshore construction. He has also litigated a variety of other commercial disputes.
