About Kristine Hyldmo Bjørnvik

Kristine Hyldmo Bjørnvik is a partner at Thommessen. She works with dispute resolution and contract law, and with a particular focus on disputes within construction and offshore fabrication. Kristine assists in all phases of a dispute, from early assessments and claim letters to settlement negotiations and legal proceedings. She has argued a high number of disputes before national and international arbitral tribunals, as well as before the ordinary courts. Kristine has in-depth understanding of the offshore and onshore construction industry from several years as an in-house counsel.
