About Eivind Vesterkjær

Eivind Vesterkjær is a partner in Thommessen's EU/EEA and competition law practice group and has extensive experience advising clients on competition law (including merger control), competition compliance and commercial agreements in a variety of sectors, including telecommunications, finance, shipping and life sciences. Eivind has worked on matters within EU/EEA and competition law since the EEA Agreement came into force in 1993. Since Norway stepped up its FDI enforcement a few years back, Eivind has also taken on mandates in this area of law.
