About Nicolai Binkert

Nicolai Binkert is a partner at Schurti Partners Attorneys at Law. He represents the firm's clients in a wide variety of civil cases, with a focus on trust and foundation law matters. Due to his double qualification (Liechtenstein and Switzerland), Mr Binkert regularly advises and represents clients in disputes which have a Liechtenstein as well as a Swiss component. He is a member of the Liechtenstein Bar Association.
