About Kitty Fragalexi

Kitty Fragalexi is a member of Zepos & Yannopoulos’ finance and capital markets practice. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1989 and joined the firm in 2019 as of counsel. Having worked in the banking sector for 30 years, Kitty has extensive experience in banking law, from both regulatory and transactional points of view, as well as in managing complex legal projects. She was involved in a number of innovative transactions in the financial sector and has been responsible for providing legal support to a great number of prominent M&A transactions. Her experience also includes corporate governance, company law and personal data protection. Kitty is admitted before the Supreme Court.
