Konstantinos Sidiropoulos
is a member of the Zepos & Yannopoulos antitrust and competition law practice group. He advises on all aspects of European, Greek and cross-jurisdictional competition law matters, with an emphasis on investigations concerning cartels and similar collusive practices, abuse of dominance, antitrust compliance and merger control proceedings, as well as state aid and other public restrictions of competition. His expertise also involves the field of European law in its widest sense, including, in particular, sector-specific regulation and EU trade law. Konstantinos is a lecturer at the European Law and Governance School, teaching EU consumer law, and holds a teaching position at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, delivering lectures on competition law in the pharma sector.
