About Tjinta Terlien

Tjinta Terlien is a recognised specialist in construction and procurement law, with a unique command of the full breadth of this field. She has extensive experience in representing parties in preliminary relief proceedings, and regularly assists contracting authorities in setting up and guiding complex tender procedures and tenderers when submitting a tender. Tjinta focuses particularly on the circular economy and the integration of sustainable and circular aspects in tender processes for construction contracts. She organises training days on this subject, and is regularly published in professional journals. Tjinta is a member of the Dutch Association for Public Procurement Law.
