About Dennis Zieren

Dennis Zieren is a partner at Ploum, and leads the public procurement team. He has extensive knowledge and experience in assisting both contracting authorities and companies in European, national and private tenders, and frequently represents contracting authorities or companies in legal proceedings. His practice consists of the procurement of supply contracts and service contracts, especially in the field of (information) technology. Dennis is well known for his pragmatic approach. He has completed two postgraduate Grotius specialisation programmes: Information Technology Law (2002) and European and Dutch Procurement Law (2009). Dennis is a member of the Dutch Association for Public Procurement Law.
