About Sylvia Dikmans

Sylvia Dikmans is a partner at Houthoff who specialises in corporate tax and dividend tax, in particular in relation to private equity, fund structuring and mergers and acquisitions. She is regularly involved in international structuring and real estate transactions. She is a member of the general board of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the International Bar Association (IBA). Sylvia regularly speaks on these subjects and lectures on the University of Hamburg's LLM programme in International Taxation. She also commentates for the NDFR on a number of tax treaties entered into by the Netherlands.
