About Floriane Lavaud

Floriane Lavaud is a counsel in the International Dispute Resolution Group of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York and Paris. Her practice focuses on international arbitration, litigation and public international law. With over 15 years of experience, Ms Lavaud represents multinational corporations and sovereign states in domestic courts and before arbitration tribunals and international courts, including the International Court of Justice. She currently serves as co-chair of the International Arbitration Committee of the American Branch of the International Law Association (ABILA). She is admitted to the New York Bar and the Paris Bar, in addition to being a solicitor in England and Wales.
