Vanessa L Jackson is a partner in Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP’s finance practice. She represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based lending, debt restructurings, spin-offs, working capital financings, DIP financings and exit facilities. In 2022, Law360 named her a “Rising Star” in banking. The Partnership for New York City admitted Vanessa to its 2022 Class of David Rockefeller Fellows and Crain’s New York Business named her as one of 2022's “Notable Women in Law”.
