About Chad Theriot

Chad Theriot is a partner at Jones Walker LLP and co-leader of the firm's Construction Industry Team as well as a member of the firm’s board of directors. Chad advises domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of construction activities. He represents owners, commercial and government contractors, major subcontractors and original equipment manufacturers in contract negotiation, construction litigation and claims avoidance. Chad currently represents US, UK, Austrian, German, South African and Saudi Arabian companies spanning the globe in the energy, airports, aviation, defence and industrial construction projects. He negotiates multiple billion-dollar construction contracts and has practised before the ICC, LCIA, AAA, and various state and federal courts. Chad has successfully litigated more than USD2.5 billion in disputes.
